Supporting material : The JIP analysis and derived indices calculated on the intermediate steps of chlorophyll a fluorescence measured on Bougainvillea cultivars treated with AOA or 1-MCP and stored at 14°C for one week in dark. The recovery ability was evaluated by keeping the pants in growth chamber for one week at 20°C. Mean values are accompanied by standard errors (n=5). Data were subjected to two-way ANOVA and different letters mean that values are statistically different P<0.05.
